They'll be scrubbing through your pipeline daily making sure your projects are moving quickly and correctly. If something goes wrong on the project they are trained on how to fix the problem quickly so that your project doesn't become stuck.

You'll be receiving a daily text message breaking down on exactly what's going on with each project and what we're doing to expedite them for you. On top of that, we'll be reaching out to your customers to get any missing paperwork or signatures that are needed. We'll also be sending your customers weekly or every other week general updates to make sure they feel they are in the loop of what's happening in their solar project. Communication is huge for us, we want to make sure you and your customer feel at ease knowing that your project is taken care of and moving forward effectively.
